With his proven ability to guide clients through enterprise transformation, Glenn leverages change leadership and organizational design expertise to bridge the gap between where your organization is and where it needs to be. While working with a large insurance client to drive the most value out of their high-volume, low-touch strategy, he led an organizational re-design delivering plans for a product-centric and agile model including organizational structures, capability and role needs, and an implementation roadmap.
As a leader at West Monroe, Glenn balances collaboration and autonomy, enabling team members to embrace new challenges in a positive and supportive environment. He also takes an active role in mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Prior to joining our team, Glenn worked at Hitachi Consulting where he was a delivery leader and national practice leader. He also has previous experience in private equity/venture capital. Before entering the corporate arena, Glenn focused on sports leadership and helping athletes improve their mental game.
Glenn earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Adventurous and fun-loving, Glenn and his girlfriend enjoy traveling and aspire to visit at least one new country every year. He also enjoys playing golf and attending college football games, concerts, and comedy shows. He trained in improv comedy at Second City and the iO Theater in Chicago.
Glenn is a former chairman of the board for Wipe Out Kids' Cancer in Dallas.
