He redeveloped a client’s planned $175 million technology project to align with new ownerships investment thesis. This resulted in a 40% reduction in costs while still achieving 90% of the benefits.
As one of West Monroe’s practical dreamers, Greg finds ways to innovate realistic solutions that solve clients’ real-world issues. He is a seasoned leader in the M&A practice.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2014, Greg began his career in accounting before transitioning to consulting, where he spent 10 years leading complex mid-market ERP projects across many industries. He has a degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University.
Greg lives in the same suburb northwest of Chicago where he grew up. He lives with his wife, two daughters, and a cat who belongs to Greg’s wife and certainly not to him. The resident golf dork of the Chicago office, he is passionate about the game and its history.
Greg is on the advisory board of the First Tee of Greater Chicago, the local branch of an international youth development organization that introduces the game of golf and its inherent values to young people.
