Hubert assists high-tech and software companies grow their top-line revenue through organic and acquisition strategies. He recently helped a multi-billion-dollar SaaS business improve their up-sell and cross-sell to achieve their goal of doubling revenue in 5 years. He has been on both sides of the table as a buyer and seller of enterprise software, as well as operating a software business and being a consultant. That means Hubert has a unique blend of skills to guide his clients in a highly analytical and fact-based manner.

With a deep passion and extensive experience with high-tech business models and growth strategies, Hubert takes pride in developing his relationship with his clients and team.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Hubert was a partner with Waterstone Management Group, a boutique management consulting firm focused on helping technology companies and their investors capitalize on disruptive growth opportunities. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pondicherry, India, and a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts.

A resident of the San Francisco Bay Area, Hubert loves both discussing and playing sports with his son. He loves exploring new food trends and has visited all but two states in the U.S.
