Jason Earley

Jason brings more than 25 years of healthcare IT experience to help his clients deliver critical technology-enabled business solutions that keep them up to date with ongoing healthcare reform. Recently, he implemented software and claims processing efficiencies at a major healthcare payer that resulted in $4 million in cost savings per year.

Passionate about constantly improving the experience of his West Monroe team, Jason enjoys mentoring newer colleagues and improving their work-life experience.

Jason joined West Monroe in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, a healthcare business and technology consultancy for which he was a director and founding partner. He previously held several software engineering, database manager, project manager and systems analyst roles.

What makes Jason different

Married with two college-aged children, Jason spends much of his time with his family and friends. He enjoys playing co-ed recreational softball in the summer. When he can get away from the Midwest, he likes to head to the islands, as he is a certified open water scuba diver.

Jason’s 20 years of Facets platform experience includes designing and developing hundreds of data interfaces. He has an advanced knowledge and decades of experience with the Facets claims processing system.
