Jay comes to the table with a rich experience with creating IT operating models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals. With many areas of expertise, including global ERP implementation, Enterprise architecture, and IT service management, Jay has the skills to deliver results. He led Several SAP/ERP implementations regionally and globally, managing programs and projects with budgets that ranged from $4 million to $21 million. His goal is to help his clients define the future state application architecture around ERP and create a road map to accomplish their desired future state. Jay has proven expertise in suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business process designs that have benefited clients.

Prior to joining West Monroe in 2016, Jay was an IT director with Philips Electronics for 10 years, and spent the previous decade with BearingPoint Consulting. He has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Pune, India.
What makes Jay different
Jay blends his passion for the outdoors and travel by tackling iconic hiking spots such as the Grand Canyon, Machu Picchu, and Patagonia. He currently lives in Naperville, a western suburb of Chicago, with his wife, two daughters, and their dog.
Where Jay makes an impact
Jay’s skill for helping clients achieve their desired future state doesn’t end with clients. Jay has led several charity fund raising programs and currently Jay is an executive committee member of Maharashtra Mandal, a social group formed to preserve the culture of those born in the Indian state of Maharashtra and speak its language, Marathi, but currently live elsewhere.
