Where Jayna makes an impact

She is passionate about mentoring others, both inside and outside of her practice. She has been a mentor with our Women’s Leadership Network since the program’s inception. She also provides guidance to junior consultants as they navigate the complexity of nCino projects and their careers.

A proponent of leading by example, Jayna strives to demonstrate that it is possible to pursue a career in consulting and raise a family. She is transparent about her experience and has been featured in our Women in Consulting Q&A Spotlight series, which highlights the contributions and career paths of women at West Monroe. She counsels many colleagues who are expecting or have had their first baby and are looking for advice on navigating their new reality.
