Jennifer focuses on partnering with health plans and ancillaries to bridge business and technical gaps to drive large-scale system implementations, develop tactical and strategic plans, and provide program oversight and governance with a level of service which enables her clients to focus on their day-to-day responsibilities.
Most recently, Jennifer served as Program Lead for the implementation of a Provider Data Management System, leveraging best practices to transform credentialing and network management business operations that enable a more efficient provider data lifecycle. Jennifer and her team redesigned operational processes, defined business needs and requirements, and developed and executed the business testing strategy and plan (UAT and end to end integration testing).
Jennifer joined West Monroe in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, a healthcare business and technology consultancy. She earned her master’s degree from Cornell University’s Sloan Program in Health Administration and her bachelor’s degree from Ohio University.
