Jennifer’s deep expertise in software development methodologies and industry experience give her a unique perspective on project management and operations challenges. She delivered IT implementations for EMR systems that were used by five health clinics serving more than 8,000 patients.
As a project leader and mentor, Jennifer facilitates success by encouraging team members to collaborate and promoting non-traditional problem-solving approaches.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Jennifer was an adjunct professor with University of Chicago, Advanced Project Management Program. She has a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and an MBA from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Jennifer serves on the OpEx Knowledge Management Committee and participates in the Women’s Leadership Network. She is a sustainability ambassador and the founder of the Collective Genius Innovation Workshop.
