Julie directs high-impact initiatives and programs in the areas of employee experience and engagement, performance management, career equity, talent intelligence, and total rewards. During her tenure, our firm has grown from 150 employees to more than 1,400 today.
In Julie’s previous position as West Monroe’s leader of talent acquisition, she strengthened our ability to find and attract the industry’s best and brightest consultants and led a team of high-performing recruiters.
Julie sponsored our Rethinking Performance Management initiative, which freed up thousands of hours for our people to focus on the clients and communities we serve.
Julie joined West Monroe from the Chicago Tribune. She has a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University.
What makes Julie different
A wife and adoring aunt, Julie enjoys dancing, exploring Michelin star restaurants, and traveling the world. Her goal is to visit every continent. In the meantime, Julie loves taking in the diverse culture and energy right in her Chicago neighborhood.
Where Julie makes an impact
Julie serves on numerous West Monroe committees, including the Compensation and Values Committee. She is also member of the People Leadership Team and the Executive Sponsor of the Women’s Leadership Networking Developing Women Leaders Initiative. Outside of the firm, Julie is a member of The Wing, a network of work and community spaces for women.
