An introspective, conscientious change leader, Katie brings much more than a project-focused organizational change management (OCM) lens to her projects. Rather, she sees OCM as a natural, integrated extension of any business transformation or imperative and seeks to find the opportunities and connections that clients and project team members value and prioritize.
Katie works closely with senior executives to develop fit-for-culture strategies that position leaders to effectively deliver on their change and communications objectives. She is focused and detail-oriented and strives to develop organic relationships with her clients and teams while helping them reach their goals.
Katie joined West Monroe in 2019 from the Brunswick Group, where she was a director responsible for creating and managing employee engagement, executive and change communication programs for clients. She has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago.
What makes Katie different
Katie brings her passion for life, art and humor into each of the roles she plays. She and her husband stay busy keeping up with two young children, but in her rare free time, Katie can be found scouting out the best food in new neighborhoods or catching live music of any kind.
Where Katie makes an impact
Katie and her family are actively engaged in supporting the settling of refugee families in Chicago via new neighbor programs, supply gathering and other efforts.
