There’s a lot riding on HR leaders’ ability to balance the needs of today and tomorrow—especially with dramatic workforce trends emerging at the same time that organizations are grappling with digital evolution, changing skill requirements, and the emergence of hybrid work. That’s where Kim comes in. She has a passion for transforming human resources to increase time and resources for mission-critical work that creates business value. Her work with a global consumer products company to establish a new HR service delivery model saved the organization $10 million annually.
One of her keys to elevating HR’s impact is to equip clients with data and insights to deliver tangible talent and financial outcomes from HR performance, talent strategy, and technology transformation programs.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2022, she was a managing partner and member of the board of directors of the Sapient Insights Group. Kim previously spent 15 years in-market and in other leadership roles with Mercer. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Louisiana State University.
Kim is an Iron Girl Triathlete, having competed in multiple events over the last 10 years—her favorite part is the swim component. Training for and participating in events like this build discipline, focus, and drive to achieve results—all parts of what makes a good consultant.
In her spare time, Kim works with early-stage startups in the Southeast to help them secure funding to grow and scale their businesses. She is a general partner with The JumpFund, whose mission is to invest women’s capital in female-led companies to generate a strong financial return and elevate the role of women in business. She focuses on assisting underrepresented founders who typically have challenges raising money in a traditional venture capital environment.
She also serves on the board of directors of PAWS Atlanta, one of the oldest and largest no-kill animal shelters in Georgia.
