Kyle taps his deep technical experience to bring new ideas that help his clients navigate complex projects – efficiently, effectively, and successfully.
His IT integration expertise is particularly valuable for clients navigating transactions. He has spent much of his career working on transaction-related initiatives, including managing aspects of several complex carveouts and mergers. He has become a go-to resource for migrating users, workstations, email and other Microsoft 365 services and building effective digital workplaces for the future.
Although a deep technical expert, he has an aptitude for translating technical jargon and concepts in terms that business leaders can appreciate.
His IT infrastructure experience includes data center build-outs, private cloud deployments, Active Directory and Exchange configurations, and cross-forest migrations. He has developed particular expertise in Microsoft cloud cybersecurity, backed by multiple certifications, and leads our offering around Microsoft 365 Security Assessment and Hardening.
He joined West Monroe in 2011 after earning a bachelor’s degree in industrial and enterprise systems engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
He was destined to become a technology consultant, having built his first computer at age 12.
When he is not transforming his clients’ digital workplaces, you can find him skiing, scuba diving, and gaming in virtual reality. He took a six-month sabbatical to backpack solo in Southeast Asia.
He brings confident experience when tasks feel overwhelming. He tries to keep things fun and to be a good role model. A natural teacher, he runs our new-hire bootcamp and started an internal training series called Infrastructure for Dummies.
