Lee’s areas of focus include retail banking, commercial credit process optimization, regulatory risk and compliance, organizational change management, operational controls and exception reporting, workforce optimization, and business intelligence and data visualization.

Prior to joining West Monroe, Lee was a director at CAST Management Consultants. He has a bachelor’s degree from James Madison University and a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
