As a Senior Manager within West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the London office, Maddie serves as the lead for complex, multi-function carveout and integration engagements throughout the acquisition lifecycle. She has experience across a variety of industries including software/technology, industrials, and services.
Recently, she served as program lead for the $4 billion investment to acquire Boomi from Dell Technologies. She’s also led a $500 million carveout in the chemical space, the carveout of a manufacturer and distribution space with 100K SKUs and 40+ shared facilities, a sell-side TSA lead for the $2.2 billion sale of a physical auction business to Carvana, and a 5-way merger in the software industry.
Maddie also serves as engagement lead for complex, technology diligences across a variety of industries and has experience with overseeing complex technology implementations including ERP and HCM projects.
What makes Maddie different
Outside of West Monroe, Maddie enjoys trying new restaurants, hosting dinner parties, and cooking meals for people she loves. She also enjoys traveling back to her hometown, Minneapolis, warm weather, and trying unique wines at local wine bars.
Where Maddie makes an impact
Maddie is heavily involved internally at West Monroe. She assists in the development of carveout readiness and execution methodology, develops processes and controls for the carveout team for future engagements, and drives innovation on project teams to develop new and unique ways to serve clients.
Maddie also helps lead recruiting within the London office, serves as lead for the West Monroe Women in M&A initiative, and helps plan and execute West Monroe social events.
