Marc brings a combination of technical focus to complex issues and experience to ETL and data warehousing projects to come up with creative solutions.
Marc has worked on and successfully delivered several large-scale data warehouse and reporting implementation projects. The largest was a data warehouse carve-out for a large grocery chain that integrated seven years of historical sales transaction details, covering 10 billion-plus historical records and approximately 10 million daily transactions coming from point of sale systems covering over 1,000 retail outlets across the country. He has also worked on data warehousing projects for a large insurance broker and carve-out for a hardware supply company.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2010, Marc worked for Hewlett-Packard in its business intelligence practice. He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois.

Marc enjoys exploring state parks and dining in new restaurants in and near his hometown of Chicago’s West Loop.
Where Marc makes an impact
Marc was heavily involved in the design and development of West Monroe’s own Rapid Analytics Platform (RAP), which took a new and innovative approach to data processing and ETL. In addition, he has also led the implementation of RAP for a dental payer organization and an insurance holding company.
