Neil is a senior leader focused on the intersection of technology and business issues in Financial Services. He possesses significant financial services experience and has led multiple teams of business consultants and technology specialists to deliver transformational engagements for middle market banks.
Neil’s experience includes technology strategy, digital solutions, fintech innovation, automation tools, mergers and acquisitions, operating model development, and efficiency ratio optimization. As an example, he led a program that identified and captured onboarding improvements for commercial banks that resulted in 30% faster turnaround times and 40% lower costs.
Neil joined West Monroe in 2010 and has been leading the focus on technology and innovation for the national FS practice. Prior to joining West Monroe, Neil spent more than 10 years in the banking industry as a practitioner and senior leader. During his tenure with Bank of America, he delivered operational and strategic initiatives to the corporate and commercial banking groups, specialty credit, and treasury lines of business.
He has an M.B.A. from the University of Illinois and holds a Certified Treasury Professional designation.
