His blend of governance and delivery leadership skills, strong financial acumen, and a deep analytical mindset enable him to complete projects under tight deadlines and with high client satisfaction. Noah serves clients across West Monroe’s core industries including extensive experience Healthcare, Utilities and Financial Services.

Passionate about developing emerging leaders at West Monroe, Noah focuses on on-the-job training, active mentoring, and building a team of humble, hungry, and smart leaders.

Noah joined West Monroe from Washington Mutual Inc., where he acted as a senior financial analyst. He has a bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University.

Noah lives in Seattle with his wife, their son, and a labradoodle named Baxter. In his now-limited spare time, he likes to hike and is working on becoming a skier.

Noah’s had the privilege to serve on the Friends of Women’s Protection Center Nepal board for the past 3 years. This organization works to provide a safe and stable future for victims of human trafficking.
