Rick believes he can help clients define their strategic vision while developing plans for them to achieve that vision through identifying tactical and achievable efforts with the resources they already have. Recently, he provided board-level oversight for two major ERP initiatives by providing advisory services into appropriate resourcing, timeline, and costs to successfully complete these efforts. By providing the decision-makers with realistic expectations, he was able to identify $2 million in implementation resource savings across the organizations.
An open and transparent communicator, Rick believes in an open dialogue with his practice and sincerely values the opinions of others. He joined West Monroe in 2016 from NTT DATA, Inc., where he was a vice president and national practice area lead for Infor Lawson and Microsoft Dynamics solutions. He has a bachelor’s degree from Stonehill College.
