Her diverse expertise along with a collaborative leadership style creates results: for instance, she managed a team that built a custom loan quote portal that decreased the time required to deliver a loan quote to 5 minutes—and also enabled the client to increase application volume, doubling the impact to their top line.
Robin applies her experience in managed software and data engineering, digital strategy, and robotic process automation to help bring creative technology solutions to her client’s most complex business challenges. She is most fulfilled when is partnering with her clients to connect the dots between the business and technology functions so that her work positively impacts the people, processes, and culture of an organization.
Prior to joining West Monroe, Robin was a technology consultant with Hitachi Consulting. Robin holds a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science and Business from the University of Puget Sound, and is a Certified Scrum Manager and Product Owner.
What makes Robin different
Robin’s desire to learn a diverse set of skills doesn’t stop with technology – she has a number of creative hobbies, is well traveled, loves spending time outside, and is a voracious reader. She and her husband live with their Boston Terrier Gus in Robin’s childhood home in North Seattle, which they are DIY-remodeling.
