Like all of our business-oriented technologists, Ryan is eager to use his diverse experience to help clients achieve strategic goals through emerging technology. He designed and implemented a virtual desktop solution for a growth-oriented regional bank that enables it to integrate newly acquired bank operations faster.
A specialist in automating systems and administrative tasks, he leads the process and technology automation competency with our Technology team. He has developed a reputation within his team as the go-to resource for equipping our less-experienced technology consultants with skills that are essential to the work we do.
He joined West Monroe in 2012 after serving for nearly 15 years in various consulting and technology roles. He earned a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Millikin University.
Ryan’s family is a musical one. He arranges music for and performs in music groups at his church and for fun. He is a member of the Knock on Wood Clarinet Choir, the only independent (not affiliated with an educational institution) such group in the state of Illinois. His wife teaches voice lessons in her own studio.
He enjoys contributing his talents to better the broader community. For example, he recently worked with New Bethany Ministries – a Bethlehem, PA-based organization that offers hope and support to people who experience poverty, hunger, and homelessness – to assess its information technology and create a technology plan. The timing and execution could not have been better, as the organization was able to migrate technology services to the public cloud just prior to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
