Sam takes on his clients’ challenges as his own, enabling a deeper level of responsibility that compels him to drive meaningful results. He helped an electric utility gain regulatory approval for a $1.3 billion advanced metering infrastructure deployment by developing a comprehensive customer engagement plan.
The support Sam shows for his clients comes from a place of leadership and innovation. For example, he developed an easy-to-use tool that gives vehicle fleet owners the ability to assess the economic value of electrifying their fleet. One southern California electric utility is using it as a strategic enabler to help them reach their goal of electrifying 75% of their vehicles by 2045.
Sam joined West Monroe in 2015 from Southern California Edison, an investor-owned electric utility company. He has a bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a master’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
