Shehzad is an accomplished leader with a successful track record in driving strategy all the way to execution, with a strong focus on the customer experience. He has led several large-scale IT transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, resulting in measurable operational improvements and savings of over $1 billion. Shehzad has gained the trust of senior executives to strategize and manage programs of more than $100 million of budget. He brings distinctive expertise in both management consulting and IT leadership that enable him to add value toward business outcomes and operational excellence. As an example, he led a $150 million IT infrastructure transformation program for a $14 billion healthcare provider with an accelerated regional implementation of new national infrastructure standards and architecture. The effort produced both capital and operating expense savings, along with a dramatic reduction in critical infrastructure failures that had previously affected hospital revenue and patient care.
He joined West Monroe from Pace Harmon, where he was a director in IT transformation for healthcare and manufacturing clients. Previously, he held senior positions managing IT infrastructure and network services for a Fortune 10 health insurance provider and a higher education institution. He began his career with Deloitte Consulting, where he realized savings opportunities for Fortune 100 companies. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (magna cum laude) from Northwestern University.
