Supply chain operations can be a significant source of synergy and value during a merger or acquisition. Over two decades, Sri has developed a sharp eye for finding that value. For a chemical company, he identified procurement, logistics, and inventory cost synergies, improving EBITDA by $30 million over three years. His operational due diligence for a PE-backed industrial company acquisition found commercial and operational improvements that translate to 2% - 3.5% net EBITDA gains.
Sri is an engaging leader who operates with a sense of urgency and thrives in challenging environments that require focused leadership and decision-making. He works with strategic and PE buyers across the M&A deal cycle to orchestrate operational due diligence, integrations and carve-outs, post-close value creation, and operational transformation. Colleagues and clients look to him as a thought leader in operational transformation underpinned by technology—who optimizes operations to advance growth and financial performance goals.
Prior to joining West Monroe in 2024, Sri spent 18 years with Accenture, most recently in the global M&A practice. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from University of Mumbai and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where he was part of the Private Equity Fellows Program.
