In a business that’s about people, having equitable, market-relevant rewards is key. That’s where Stacie comes in. She applies a unique aptitude for monitoring trends and analyzing data to produce insights that guide an array of leadership decisions – from developing market-competitive compensation and benefit plans, to supporting our mission to build the next generation of leaders, to making sure our compensation programs and processes reflect our strategy and core values.

With a background in consulting and process improvement, Stacie partners with shared services functions and business leaders to use people data to guide decision-making and develop new workforce insights and predict trends that impact employee retention and attrition. She coordinates the Compensation and Values committee for our board of directors and has a keen ability to learn new processes quickly and memorize and recall data.

Before joining West Monroe in 2014, she was a director of lean healthcare strategy and applications for Pittsburgh Regional Health Initiative and a manager with Accenture. She earned a degree in public service administration from Waynesburg University.

What makes Stacie different

She is an award-winning majorette who could once twirl three batons and, every so often, a little fire.

The oldest of 56 grandchildren and great-grandchildren in her family, she loves having so many family members – particularly four beloved nieces and nephews – nearby. She also enjoys planning parties and celebrations, cooking, reading, and her pool, which was a quarantine home project.

Where Stacie makes an impact

She is passionate about developing and celebrating people. She co-leads the Fun Friday Committee and is part of Shared Services holiday party planning team, a long-standing West Monroe tradition known as Bedazzled. She also supports the partnership between West Monroe’s Shared Services team and Ronald McDonald House in Chicago, which includes an annual donation drive and volunteering with meals.

Her other civic pursuits include supporting prison reform efforts and developing a life skills curriculum for students in the Community Kitchen Pittsburgh program.
