Sujit is an action-oriented problem solver who thrives at finding answers to business problems by leveraging data, industry knowledge, and data science. It’s a winning formula—as evidenced by the results of his work. He implemented 80+ market and supply chain analytics use cases for a global beverage company, generating $30 million in cost savings and increasing revenue over three years. He also led a finance transformation and data lake implementation for a global footwear company that produced insights leading to a $45 million reduction in cash flow and $18 million in increased claims recovery.
Over the course of his consulting career, Sujit has served as analytics lead for companies in the consumer goods and retail, travel and hospitality, and manufacturing and distribution industries. His deep experience building data, analytics, and cognitive capabilities has helped clients improve operational efficiency, optimize marketing levers to enable growth, and identify and manage risks more effectively. He blends technical acumen in data modernization, AI/ML, modeling and visualization with functional expertise in sales and marketing, finance, and supply chain.
Sujit joined West Monroe in 2024 from Genpact, where he was an analytics advisory partner. He earned a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Sujit enjoys cooking, golfing, hiking, and travel—with his favorite destinations being Florence, Sevilla, Costa Rica, Porto, and Cusco. Never one to stick to well-trodden paths, he once got lost in Denali National Park while back-country hiking.
He supports Feed My Starving Children, which packs and ships food to various underserved communities worldwide. He also is an advisor to and fundraiser for Ekjut India, an organization that promotes child and maternal health in marginalized communities in India.
