Partnering with utilities across North America, Tim supports financial planning, budgeting, cost-benefit analyses, technology selection, organizational design, business process optimization, and information technology/operations technology (IT/OT) convergence.

Deep expertise in telecommunication strategy and network design coupled with energy and utilities business acumen enable Tim to expertly guide clients through the development of long-term, strategic plans and governance structures for implementation and ongoing operation of their communication networks. 

Tim combines expertise in telecommunication strategy for utility clients with a strong infrastructure modernization business acumen to help clients develop long-term, strategic plans and establish governance structures for implementation and a successful transition to operations. 

Team members appreciate Tim’s even-keeled demeanor, which helps them stay calm and focused in all situations. He has a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from The Ohio State University.
