Tom leads the fast-growing Minneapolis office. There, he guides a diverse, multidisciplinary team of more than 150 employees. He is deeply focused on the office’s continued growth, community impact, and developing the office’s future leaders. The Minneapolis office boasts some of the firm’s greatest capabilities in manufacturing, healthcare, digital transformation, mergers & acquisition, and operations.
An accomplished growth strategist, Tom helps clients visualize and achieve top-line organic and inorganic growth, as well as bottom line EBITDA improvements through process improvement, technology strategy, organization optimization, supply chain transformation, and cost-to-serve analyses.
Tom also has extensive experience assisting strategic and financial buyers and sellers in all aspects of the M&A process from acquisition readiness and due diligence to post-close execution and operational improvement.
Having lived abroad in Argentina and Canada, Tom sees business challenges through a nuanced global perspective. As a recognized mentor having won WMP’s Sequoia Award, he is proud to play a key role in the development of our next generation of leaders.
Tom joined West Monroe from Deloitte Consulting LLP. He has a bachelor’s degree from Trinity College and a master’s degree from the Carlson School of Management.
In his free time, Tom is an avid traveler and backcountry skier. He and his wife (mostly) enjoy chasing after their three sons.
Passionate about building community, Tom sits on three boards: two organizations aimed at inspiring and tutoring underserved education populations, and on the alumni board of The Blake School.
