Great Place to Work® names West Monroe to 2017 Best Small & Medium Workplaces in Chicago list

Chicago, IL – West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has been named one of Chicago’s Best Small & Medium Workplaces—a ranking researched by Great Place to Work® and published by its media partner, Fortune.

West Monroe Partners ranked 7th on the list of 25 Chicago-area small and medium-sized workplaces. The results are based on feedback from more than 81,000 employees at Great Place to Work®—Certified™ organizations with locations in the Chicago area. Employees completed an anonymous Trust Index© survey, answering questions about how frequently they experience the behaviors that create a great workplace, such as management transparency, professional development opportunities, meaningful work, promotion equity, and the generosity of benefit programs. More than 300 West Monroe employees completed the survey, awarding the firm high ratings for great challenges, atmosphere, rewards, pride, communication, and bosses.
