West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that Nancy Tseng has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office to lead the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in the Southern California area. In her role, Nancy will continue to grow the firm’s expansion across the West Coast and extend its portfolio of M&A solutions. She brings extensive experience partnering with executives at Fortune 500 companies during large-scale transitions to set strategic vision, establish new businesses, and transform operations for profitable growth.

Nancy leads multibillion dollar integrations and separations, including guiding teams through market assessment, due diligence, readiness planning, end state planning, synergy management, operating model design, and leadership and talent strategy development. Her experience in the consumer and industrial sectors include aerospace and defense, automotive, beverages, chemicals, electronics, manufacturing, media, retail and transportation.

In addition to leading the Los Angeles M&A practice, Nancy will partner with John Stiffler, leader of West Monroe's Mergers and Acquisitions practice in San Francisco, and Mark Huson, leader of West Monroe's Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Seattle, to serve clients and strengthen West Monroe’s presence on the West Coast.
Prior to West Monroe, Nancy began her career with Booz Allen Hamilton, including being part of its joint venture with Lehman Brothers, and then joined Deloitte Consulting as a leader within the Mergers & Acquisitions practice. She has been recognized for excellence throughout her career, including being a recipient of the Association of Management Consulting Firms’ Award for growth strategy. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Stanford University.
