West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that Nathan Appleton has joined the firm’s Security and Infrastructure practice, based in the Seattle office. He has nearly 20 years of experience partnering with organizations to transform operations and deliver business goals through the application of technology solutions.
Nathan is a respected technology leader with an accomplished track record for driving successful projects and achieving results in large-scale enterprises. Over the course of his career, Nathan has gained extensive experience in a wide array of technology disciplines and solutions, including data centers and converged infrastructure, virtualization, mobility and security, and enterprise software platforms, among others.
“With information technology security and solutions evolving at a rapid pace, our clients need a trusted advisor who can guide them to translate their business goals into innovative strategies and then execute to deliver results,” said Brian Paulen, West Monroe’s Seattle office leader. “Nathan’s background and expertise will be a tremendous asset to our clients, and his skills as a communicator and team-builder will be invaluable as we continue to grow our Security and Infrastructure practice on the West Coast.”
Nathan joined West Monroe from Denali Advanced Integration in Redmond, Washington, for which he held several vice president roles. Nathan led a business unit responsible for developing and delivering an innovative data center product, as well as the firm’s Infrastructure Services organization serving clients across an array of markets and solutions.

Nathan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an International Business concentration and Economics minor from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington.
