West Monroe Acquires Invoyent

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced the acquisition of Invoyent, a Chicago-based consultancy dedicated to supporting health plans with deep software, healthcare and consulting experience that drives successful transformation by bridging the gap between IT initiatives and business strategies. Invoyent, founded in 1995, works with many of the nation’s largest healthcare payers to plan, build, and run technology-enabled business solutions.

Invoyent employees join West Monroe’s existing Healthcare practice effective today, adding more than 30 people to the team and allowing us to scale by expanding our current capabilities and leadership.

The combined Healthcare practice offers expanded business consulting services and healthcare information technology skills to better partner with and serve current and future clients. Representative areas of focus include customer experience strategy and execution, Salesforce.com, care management, cost take-out and operational improvements, information technology strategy, application development and integration, claims, mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions.
