West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced the appointment of two new directors and the promotions of four existing directors.
“Becoming a director is arguably the most significant milestone in an individual’s career at West Monroe Partners, as it is at many consulting organizations,” said Kevin McCarty, President of West Monroe Partners. “Directors are true entrepreneurs – building profitable practices, growing market share, delivering exceptional client service, and, above all else, actively guiding and inspiring our people.”
This year, West Monroe appointed two new directors: Kristin Irving and Justin Stefano.
Kristin Irving joined West Monroe in 2006 and is part the Healthcare team where she leads the Dental Payer Strategy and Solutions practice. In her tenure with the firm, she has led transformational client engagements and proven to have deep understanding of the dental payer business model and ecosystem, often serving as a subject matter expert for dental claims processing, provider practice systems and healthcare systems integration. As director, Kristin will continue to focus on growing the dental payer practice and developing critical business process and technology solutions to meet client needs. Prior to joining West Monroe, Kristin spent several years at Hewitt Associates and SSA Global.
Justin Stefano is a client service leader on the Managed Services team and has been instrumental to the growth and expansion of the business process and systems outsourcing practice, managing relationships with some of West Monroe’s largest and longest tenured clients since joining the firm in 2009. Justin possesses a unique blend of strong IT operations and process experience that spans multiple industries, often in complex and highly regulated environments. As director, Justin will focus on the expansion of the managed services practice nationally and growing application, data and business process services. Justin was previously vice president and co-owner for Five9 Technologies, where he led the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practice.
In addition to these new directors, West Monroe announced the promotions of four existing directors:
Matt Sondag has been promoted to managing director. Matt leads West Monroe’s Private Equity practice and has played a significant role in growing the IT and operational consulting capabilities related to mergers and acquisitions for financial buyers. Matt was recognized as a winner of the “40 under 40” M&A Advisor awards in 2013.
Will Hinde has been promoted to senior director. Will leads West Monroe’s Healthcare practice, primarily focused on Healthcare Insurance organizations. Under his leadership, this practice has successfully developed and delivered innovative solutions to address real industry challenges, including healthcare reform, consumerism, population health and wellness.
Greg Layok has been promoted to senior director. Greg leads the Technology and Advanced Analytics Practices at West Monroe Partners, which combined is the firm’s largest practice. Greg combines his deep technology skills with business acumen, serving as a strategic advisor to senior executives in industries which are highly reliant on state of the art IT systems. Greg is dedicated to the continued growth of the technology practices at West Monroe and developing opportunities for the growing pool of talented business-technology professionals.
Ken Siegman has been promoted to senior director. Ken leads West Monroe’s West Coast Banking practice and has been instrumental in expanding the reach and scope of that practice. Ken recently developed and executed a business plan which resulted in the opening of the firm’s 10th office location in Los Angeles, CA. Ken will continue to focus on growing the banking practice and the firm’s presence in Southern California and beyond.
According to Kevin McCarty, “each of these directors, those newly appointed and those earning promotions within the director ranks, play a vital role in weaving together the fabric of our organization: displaying exceptional performance and leadership, and truly embodying what it means to be West Monroe.”
All appointments and promotions were effective March 1st, 2014.
