CHICAGO - West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consultancy and managed services provider (MSP), today announced that its Managed Services practice has ranked among the world’s most strategic and innovative MSPs, according to Channel Futures’ 12th annual MSP 501 Worldwide Company Rankings. West Monroe has appeared on the list since 2012 and continues to move up in the ranking, from 11th in 2018 to 10th in 2019. The MSP 501 is the first, largest, and most comprehensive ranking of managed services providers worldwide. The MSP 501 winners and award recipients will be recognized at an awards gala at Channel Partners Evolution, September 9-12 in Washington, D.C.
West Monroe also has been named to the Channel E2E’s Top 100 Vertical Market MSPs list and research for 2019, honoring MSPs in the healthcare, government, financial services, manufacturing, and additional vertical sectors. West Monroe ranked 20th among all 100 top vertical market MSPs and 6th in the financial services/banking vertical. The list and research have recognized West Monroe in each of its first four years of publication.
“We are honored to be recognized among the leaders of an increasingly competitive field of managed services providers – evidence of the continuous evolution of and investment in our skills and offerings to address market needs and trends,” said Mark Nelson, senior director and leader of West Monroe’s Managed Services practice.
“We have deliberately built a high-touch managed services model, delivered by a fully onshore team, to support the needs of clients with complex operating and regulatory requirements and demanding user bases that expect flawless service. Our investments in people, skills, processes, automation and analytics are making a difference for our clients and our team.”
West Monroe’s Managed Services team includes more than 125 professionals and deep technology experts who work with clients to run systems and processes at peak performance. The practice delivers strategic advice and operational support to organizations areas that include infrastructure and cloud management, security management, data management, and application management, as well as service desk solutions.
Over the past two years, West Monroe has bolstered its Managed Services practice by adding security services to include both ongoing security strategy as well as security operations for clients requiring a greater focus on managing cybersecurity risk. Additionally, it has added Salesforce expertise to its application management capabilities to help clients derive greater value from the platform.
The 2019 MSP 501 list is based on data collected online by Channel Futures and its sister site, Channel Partners, between March 1 and May 31, 2019. The application and survey gathered information about product offerings, growth rates, annual total and recurring revenues, pricing structures, revenue mix, and more. Channel Futures evaluates and ranks MSPs according to a unique methodology, which uses a proprietary algorithm to weights different revenue streams according to how well the applicant’s business strategy anticipates trends in the fast-evolving channel ecosystem. Channel Futures received a record number of applicants for this year’s ranking, with applications up 35% over last year.
The Top 100 Vertical Markets MSPs rankings are based on ChannelE2E’s Q4 2018 and January 2019 readership survey and ChannelE2E’s vertical market industry coverage. Rankings are based on annual recurring revenues in specific vertical markets.
