Firm expands operations expertise in one of the country’s biggest regions for manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare and banking
West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it is aggressively expanding its presence in Columbus. Year to date, the firm’s Columbus office has grown by more than 30% with plans to add additional employees in the back half of the year.
“Our Columbus office was opened to focus on operational improvements and workforce productivity and that’s where we continue to focus,” said Sean Adkins, managing director and leader of the firm’s Columbus office. “Columbus has a high concentration of companies in the industries we serve – specifically manufacturing, distribution, retail, banking and healthcare and we’re growing our staff to be able to serve more local clients – locally.”
The firm is headquartered in Chicago and opened its Columbus office in 2005. The Columbus office employs a large group of industrial engineers and consultants that specialize in improving workforce productivity by 25%, on average.
“We believe in the Columbus 2020 regional growth initiative and we are doing what we can to promote job growth in the area as well as help local business be more productive, efficient and successful amid growing competition from abroad,” said Josh Sandstrom, director and leader of the firm’s local initiatives.
