West Monroe Named One of Business First 2011 Best Places to Work

West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced that it has been named one of Columbus Business First’s 2011 Best Places to Work.

Established in 2005, West Monroe Partners’ Columbus office today comprises a team of 40 consultants who provide business and technology solutions for clients locally and across North America. The Best Places to Work program, launched in 2005, is open to any company or organization with a Central Ohio office with at least 10 full-time employees. Applications are handled through Omaha, Neb.-based Quantum, which administers a survey to employees with about 30 questions regarding their work environments.

Business First named Best Places to Work finalists in four categories: large companies with more than 500 local employees; medium companies with 100 to 499 local employees; small companies with between 25 and 99 workers; and micro companies with 10 to 24 employees.

Business First recognized the finalists during a November 9 luncheon and in a supplement published in its November 11 issue.
