West Monroe Named one of Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces 2012

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced that it has been named one of the Chicago Tribune “Top Workplaces” in 2012. West Monroe was one of 100 employers recognized in the November 13th special report, a collaborative effort between the Chicago Tribune and its partner, Workplace Dynamics LLC, to identify the area’s best places to work.

The report ranked West Monroe Partners 11th among 40 small companies evaluated. The Top Workplaces are determined based solely on employee feedback. The survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Workplace Dynamics determined overall and specific attribute rankings by surveying employees of nominated organizations.
