West Monroe Opens Los Angeles Office

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has opened an office in Los Angeles, California, staffed with experienced West Monroe leaders and consultants. The Los Angeles office, the firm’s tenth in North America and its first in the state of California, will largely serve financial services and energy and utilities clients.

“As we considered growth opportunities across North America, we felt that Southern California fit well with our areas of strength in business transformation and was a natural choice for extending our reach on the West Coast,” said Tom Bolger, West Monroe Partners’ managing director of strategic growth. “The region is a financial services hub for the western United States, as well a center for smart-grid innovation. It also offers us a strong recruiting base.”

Ken Siegman, a director responsible for West Monroe Partners’ Banking team on the West Coast, is the office leader. He has more than 30 years of financial services and consulting experience. He will now lead and grow a full-service Southern California team. In addition to growing the firm’s local banking and energy and utilities practices, Siegman and team will expand West Monroe Partners’ private equity, customer experience and technology capabilities within the region to better serve its clients on the west coast.
