West Monroe Partners is a Finalist for the Association of Management Consulting Firms 2012 Awards

West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, was recently named as a finalist by the Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF) for their 2012 Awards, honoring excellence in consulting.

This year, West Monroe’s Healthcare Payer Practice has been nominated in the Technology Transformation category for their work at DentaQuest, LLC. DentaQuest, a client of the firm for over four years, administers dental benefit programs for more than 15 million members in 24 states plus the District of Columbia, making it one of the largest dental benefits companies in the United States. West Monroe led DentaQuest through this large, complex transformation initiative, including the design, development, validation, and then implementation of a new claims administrative platform. This platform serves as a comprehensive end to end solution for DentaQuest, including provider management, claim intake and processing, reporting, analytics, web portal, provider and member outreach, and seamless integration with financial applications. By completing this program DentaQuest now enjoys a single administrative platform, improved operational portability and efficiencies, increased member and provider self-service capabilities, and is positioned for future growth and acquisitions.
