West Monroe Partners Named to 2014 Great Place to Work® Best Small & Medium Workplaces List, Published in FORTUNE magazine

For the 2^nd year in a row, Great Place to Work® has named West Monroe Partners one of the 2014 Best Small & Medium Workplaces.

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, announced that Great Place to Work® has named the firm one of the best workplaces in the United States in its annual 2014 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, published today in FORTUNE magazine. West Monroe Partners appears on the list for the second consecutive year, moving up 2 places from 20^th to 18^th.

Great Place to Work® cited West Monroe Partners’ culture and, in particular, its people-first values as a distinguishing factor that contributed to this recognition. In its profile of West Monroe Partners, Great Place to Work® calls out the firm’s 1+1+1 program in which the company donates one percent of its time, one percent of its talent (via pro-bono work), and one percent of profits back into the local communities as a unique element that contributes to a strong and compelling culture and workplace. 



West Monroe Partners employees produced ratings of greater than 95 percent in six areas: Great Challenges (98%), Great Atmosphere (99%), Great Rewards (97%), Great Pride (99%), Great Communication (98%) and Great Bosses (97%).
