DALLAS – West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consultancy, today announced it plans to triple its Dallas office presence over the next five years. West Monroe entered the Dallas market in 2015 through its acquisition of Etherios. Since then, the office has grown from seven employees to nearly 40 today and is expected to more than triple in size over the next five years.
West Monroe serves dozens of companies in Texas in its core industries of Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Energy and Utilities, and Manufacturing and Distribution. Its success in the region has helped fuel incredible growth for the firm: West Monroe was founded in 2002 with a handful of employees and has grown at a CAGR of 35%.
Most recently, the firm has expanded the Dallas office capabilities to locally deliver its industry-leading mergers and acquisition services to private equity clients, and nCino implementation services to leading financial services institutions. To support these additional offerings, the Dallas office welcomes Scott Fuzer, a director in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice who transferred from Chicago, effective January 1. It also welcomes Jeff Boswell, a member of the Customer Experience and Operations Excellence practices, who leads the firm’s nCino Center of Excellence.
The two additional directors add extensive credentials and strong track records for applying technology to business needs for clients in the private equity and financial services industries. They are providing local leadership for two of West Monroe’s fastest-growing practices and building the firm’s capacity to meet demand in Texas and surrounding markets.
“Our rapid growth is creating new career and leadership opportunities for professionals in Dallas. With the addition of two local directors, we have significantly expanded our ability to deliver industry-leading solutions in Dallas and established the leadership we need to respond to demand in the Dallas market,” said Tom Hulsebosch, senior managing director and Dallas office leader. “Scott Fuzer and Jeff Boswell exemplify what we envision in our leaders, with well-honed capabilities for bringing our uncommon blend of business consulting acumen and deep technology expertise to the complex business challenges companies in this region face.”
Fuzer led West Monroe’s Chicago M&A practice prior to his move to Dallas. He has more than 20 years of experience in business consulting and technology leadership roles across a range of industries, directly addressing the challenges of divestitures and mergers, including transforming, managing, and running an effective IT organization that enables business strategy.
Boswell plays a key role in growing multiple aspects of West Monroe’s business. He is the national Customer Experience lead for nCino bank operating platform solutions and leader of the Dallas Operations Excellence practice. He has more than 20 years of experience leading complex enterprise software projects that enable clients’ business goals.
West Monroe’s people-focused culture and policies consistently rank West Monroe as one of the top places to work. The firm supports employees who desire to transfer from another West Monroe office, including those who wish to transfer to Dallas permanently. West Monroe’s Dallas office is one of the firm’s 10 offices across the United States.
