West Monroe again named a 2022 Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work and Fortune
West Monroe is proud to again been named one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Women by Great Place to Work® and Fortune.
Great Place to Work determined the Best Workplaces for Women® list by gathering and analyzing confidential employee experience feedback responses from more than 7 million U.S. employees at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations. Great Place to Work evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job, including what women themselves report about their workplace, and how fairly those experiences compare to men’s reports of the same workplaces. The ranking also factors how well represented women are in the workforce and throughout management, considering industry trends. West Monroe took the No. 96 spot out of 125 companies in the large company category.
