West Monroe is once again proud to be named one of the Best Workplaces for Parents by Fortune and Great Place to Work®. This is West Monroe’s third consecutive year named to this list, ranking No. 74 for 2021.
Great Place to Work determined the Best Workplaces for Parents® by gathering and analyzing confidential employee experience feedback responses from more than 6 million U.S. employees at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations that have at least 50 responses from parents. Great Place to Work’s analysis also focused on how parents’ workplace experiences compare to those of their non-parent colleagues, and reviewed each company’s parental leave, adoption, flexible schedule, childcare, and dependent health care benefits.
