West Monroe again named one of the Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services by Great Place to Work®
West Monroe, a national business and technology consulting firm, today announced it ranked No. 19 as part of the 2021 Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services program by Great Place to Work.
The ranking considered feedback representing more than 463,000 employees working at Great Place to Work-Certified™ organizations in the consulting and professional services industry. This is the second year West Monroe has been included as a member of the large company category, and the fifth year in a row it has placed overall.

Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm, evaluated more than 60 elements of team members’ experience on the job. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences, no matter who they are or what they do.
