The honor is one of 26 awards West Monroe has received in 2020 for both its workplace culture and the achievements of its employees.
West Monroe is honored to be recognized by Consulting Magazine as one of the 2020 Best Firms to Work For. This is the 11th consecutive year West Monroe has received this recognition, and the 9th year in a row on the large firms list. The honor is one of 26 awards West Monroe has received in 2020 for both its workplace culture and the achievements of its employees.
The ranking is a comprehensive look at quality of life within the consulting profession’s top firms, based on an independent survey of about 11,000 consultants representing more than 300 firms. The award measures employee satisfaction in the following categories: culture, career development, client engagement, compensation and benefits, and firm leadership.

Many of the awards are based on feedback from employee satisfaction and engagement surveys conducted by various third-party organizations, such as Great Place to Work and Fortune, Chicago Tribune, Puget Sound Business Journal, Los Angeles Business Journal, and Minneapolis Star Tribune.
