Consultancy ranks third among medium-sized companies in its second straight year of recognition.
West Monroe has been named to the Dallas Business Journal’s 2020 list of 100 Best Places to Work in North Texas list for the second consecutive year. The firm ranked No. 3 among 30 medium-sized companies with 50 to 249 employees in the region. Companies named to the list achieved the highest composite rankings in employee satisfaction, company culture, and overall benefits.

The Dallas Business Journal announced the 100 best workplaces earlier this year and honored the companies during a virtual event on October 14, 2020. This is the publication’s 18th annual best workplace award program. The Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work results are divided into five categories based on company size and measured by employee responses to an anonymous survey conducted by Quantum Workplace. Award recipients are determined based on an indexed score created from the survey responses.
