West Monroe’s Diana Flotten announced as winner of Consulting Magazine's 2023 ‘Women Leaders in Technology’

Diana oversees delivery and client management of digital products and strategy at West Monroe. She partners with companies to make technology functional for their end users while meeting business objectives. She has a track record for turning challenges into successful partnerships that optimize revenue and customer growth. Having begun her career as a civil engineer, Diana has been solving problems for more than 20 years. Whether it’s an infrastructure or digital challenge, her bottom-line approach is always the same: understand user needs first and then design a solution that meets them. To every new project, she brings organization, fun, a collaborative mindset, and an appreciation for her fantastic colleagues. She is also a recognized mentor within the firm and community, serving as the Product Management Lead for recruiting at West Monroe, the Minneapolis Office Executive Sponsor for the firm’s Women’s Leadership Network, and a board member of Carlson School Ventures Enterprises and the Women in Leadership Certificate Program at Minnesota State University.
