Great Place to Work and Fortune rank West Monroe No. 5 in New York’s Best Companies to work for

West Monroe, a national business and technology consultancy, is honored to be ranked 5th in Fortune’s list of Best Workplaces in New York for the Large category. The firm is among 80 firms in New York state to receive this commendation. To determine the list, Great Place to Work analyzed confidential survey feedback from nearly 45,000 employees in the New York state or the tri-state/New York Metro Statistical Area.

West Monroe’s New York office opened in 2007. To allow for steady growth, West Monroe is relocating to a new office at Worldwide Plaza, quadrupling the space to accommodate anticipated growth to 750 by 2025. The New York team is made up of more than 140 employees and serves clients across the Northeast in key industries, including private equity, financial services, energy and utilities, healthcare, life sciences and high tech.

Like all West Monroe offices, the New York office is committed to supporting and empowering its employees through various inclusion and diversity initiatives, maintaining a highly collaborative culture marked by every employee is an owner of the firm, a strong commitment to serving the local community, and regular recognition programs.

To be considered, companies had to meet the Great Place to Work-Certified standard. To ensure companies had a sufficient presence in the New York State or the tri-state/New York Metro Statistical Area, a minimum of 10 people needed to respond to the survey and at least 5% of the survey respondents at large companies and at least 20% at small and medium companies needed to be from the New York State or the tri-state/New York Metro Statistical Area. Companies with 10 to 999 people were considered for the small and medium category; companies with 1,000 employees or more were considered for the large category.
