West Monroe named to 2019 Dallas Business Journal List of 100 Best Places to Work in North Texas

DALLAS – West Monroe Partners, a national business and technology consultancy, today announced that it has been named one of the Dallas Business Journal’s 2019 Best Places to Work in North Texas. West Monroe ranked third among medium-sized companies with 50 to 249 employees in the region. The award honors the top 100 businesses in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with the highest rankings in employee satisfaction, company culture, and overall benefits.

West Monroe is one of 36 companies appearing on the list for the first time. The Dallas Business Journal announced the list of best workplaces on July 24 and honored them at an event yesterday.

West Monroe’s Dallas office is one of nine offices nationwide. The company entered the market in 2015 and has since grown the Dallas office to more than 75 employees. It serves clients in the energy and utilities, financial services, healthcare and life sciences, consumer and industrial products, and other industries across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

This is the publication’s 17th annual best workplace award program. The Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work results are divided into five categories based on company size and measured by employee responses from an anonymous employee survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.
