West Monroe’s CMO Casey Foss Recognized as a 2020 Notable Executive in Marketing by Crain’s Chicago Business

West Monroe congratulates Chief Marketing Officer Casey Foss for her recognition as one of Chicago’s Notable Executives in Marketing by Crain’s Chicago Business. The list celebrates marketing leaders within the Chicago area who are responsible for some of Chicago’s most iconic brands.  

Casey oversees all external-facing programs — designed to build brand engagement, launch new offerings, drive new business, strengthen key client relationships, and attract top talent. A trusted adviser to and member of West Monroe’s executive team, Casey also plays a critical role in shaping firm strategy by representing what matters most to our clients and how West Monroe “shows up” differently. Her team’s contributions have supported the firm’s impressive 28% compound annual growth while serving nearly 500 clients a year. 

“Casey has been instrumental in driving West Monroe’s growth by elevating our position in the market, reimagining how we engage our clients, and aligning our offerings to what clients care about most,” said Kevin McCarty, CEO of West Monroe.

Casey joined West Monroe as a marketing senior specialist in 2009, and over the past 12 years has built a highly effective marketing function by shifting investments to build the West Monroe brand while elevating marketing from a support function to one of trusted advisors who influence strategy and drive growth. Today, Casey oversees a 29-person team and was promoted to the role of CMO in 2019.
