DALLAS – West Monroe, a business and technology consultancy, today announced that Probal Hasan has joined the firm as a director in its Technology practice. He will focus on technology strategy, CIO advisory, and delivering technology-enabled business solutions for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Hasan has more than 20 years of management and technology consulting experience. Most recently, he was a senior director in PwC’s Health Industries Advisory practice, focused on technology strategy.Hasan, based in Dallas, brings a strong blend of industry and technology perspectives to the rapidly growing office. He has extensive experience working with medical device companies, healthcare payers, and healthcare provider systems to harness strategy, operations, and technology to advance business goals.

Hasan’s broad expertise includes competencies in an array of technology and business disciplines, including strategic planning, enterprise architecture, financial modeling, market entry analysis, segmentation analysis, marketing analytics, outsourcing and offshoring, and sales and operations planning.

He has held previous consulting roles with Diamond Management and Technology Consultants (acquired by PwC in 2010), Accenture, and SagePoint Solutions, the latter of which he was a co-founder.
